In addition to running my private practice, I have many years of experience working in education, supporting young people and adults with their mental health and personal development. I have also had the privilege of working as a Counsellor in a local hospice, guiding individuals of all ages through grief, anxiety, and depression with care and understanding.

Many people use hypnotherapy for weight loss and smoking cessation. Hypnosis for weight loss, for example, has been proven to be more effective than dieting because it aims to alter a person's perception of food and eating, rather than simply limiting calorie intake for a temporary period. It is also proven to be three times more effective when giving up smoking than the use of nicotine patches alone.
